Top 10 Most Instagrammable Bathrooms in the World Revealed

The Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia in Bulgaria tops the list

Who doesn’t love a well-decorated bathroom, especially when it comes with a view, and is in a glamorous location?

New research from Bathroom Goals Limitedbathroom specialists in Hertfordshire, provides insight into the World’s top 10 most Instagrammable bathrooms. From giving stunning views, to having baths big enough for five people, high-end marble finishes and many more decadent fixtures and fittings, the bathrooms listed have charmed Instagram users into rating them as the most liked on the planet.

Bathroom Goals sourced the 10 images by scouring the most popular Insta hashtags related to bathrooms, which by happy coincidence, turned out to be their own namesake #bathroomgoals, and the similar #bathgoals. The company then tallied the number of likes (as of January 2022) on each bathroom image connected to these hashtags, before lastly ranking them into the final list.

The sought-after number one spot was claimed in somewhat dramatic style by the Grand Hotel Millenium Sofia, in Sofia, Bulgaria. The romance-themed picture hit all the right Valentine’s notes, showing a huge rose-filled bath being enjoyed by a couple – all with a gorgeous high-rise view of the city through a full-length window, overlooked by the tub.

The number one photo beat off the competition by some margin, comfortably earning its position at the top of the list with 26,968 likes – a mere 22,215 more than the next most Instagrammable bathroom.

The full top 10 is as follows:

  1. Grand Hotel Millennium Sofia, Sofia, Bulgaria
  2. Hotel Punta Tragara, Capri, Italy
  3. Four Seasons Hotel, Hong Kong
  4. Villa TreVille, Positano, Italy
  5. InterContinental, Seoul COEX, Gangnam, Seoul, South Korea

  8. Hotel Castille Paris, Paris, France

London was the only location to feature more than once in the top 10 and each of the top five offer some form of scenic view. However, overall Italy was the nation with the best ratio of deluxe bathrooms, with three hotel pics in the top 10, respectively.
